Today I have a funny story for you all.
So me and my friend Sylvia, (who you’ve met in this video https://youtu.be/Q114CJmnhjY wanted to make cookies; we got everything out before we started the actual baking process. We measured and mixed everything up. I tasted the batter and it was a little sweeter than it usually is, but I just thought we put to much vanilla extract and didn’t think much of it. The batter was very fluffy and mixed well, so we put it in the oven.
It was only after our cookies were out of the oven that we noticed a problem with the cookies; they were flat and merged into one.
It turns out we accidently used powdered sugar instead of flour. It feels the same as flour and my ingredients are in unlablled tupperware containers. I now know I really need to label them. But I do think our accidental creation turned out good and it tasted like caramel. It was to sweet for Sylvia, but Clint and his friends liked it. If you want to try this creation for yourself go to, (http://cookiescupcakesandcardio.com/?page_id=659), for the recipe and just substitute flour for sugar.
